location: the hotel was near nice residential area that is right in the middle of mexico city, and mexico. spent a nice evening at sanborns hermanos, located very close to the venue. the room was brand-new and beautiful with climate control, a private safe, and pay television included. really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Amazing new year’s breakfast and fabulous restaurant/bar area. Conveniently located in a beautiful residential area and close to many activities and attractions. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond during my stay, ensuring that everything was perfect.
The sewage smell in my room was unbearable and the staff could not rectify the situation. The sky view from the sixth-floor room was not as impressive as anticipated.

The breakfast was impressive and the restaurant/bar area had delicious food. The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was situated in a peaceful, yet central residential area. The staff was considerate and thoughtful, making my Xmas stay special.
The "sky view" of the room was not as impressive as advertised and unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The rooftop bar had tacky decor and unnecessary loud music.

This hotel is located in a lovely residential area with plenty of things to see and do nearby. Guests can experience great service from the friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure their stay is pleasant. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable with amenities like a seating area and balcony, which provide a great view of the city.
Some of the housekeeping staff may need more training to ensure consistency in the quality of their work.

This hotel is luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made me feel like royalty. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to unwind and relax. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were a perfect spot to catch some sun and enjoy the infinity pool. The rooftop pool and bar offered entertainment and provided a special view of the city.
Although everything was luxurious, the only downside was the BBQ facilities were not available. This was a minor issue and did not hinder my experience at this hotel.
